Tom practiced corporate and securities law for nearly 10 years with Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar, a large Boston law firm, where he worked as a corporate attorney on a wide range of corporate, commercial, M&A and securities matters for large enterprises, individuals and small businesses. Tom also served 11 years as a senior executive at LoJack Corporation, including 9 years as SVP & GM, International, where his group worked through licensing, distribution, international trade, employment and many other legal matters. Tom began working with dentists through his wife, who owns Bedford Periodontal and Dental Implant Care, and has gained a thorough understanding of the unique needs dentists have when structuring transactions.
